Welcome to Denmark. Performing for us today is another legend on the bass: Mr. Niels-Henning Ørsted Pedersen. Between the 1960s and 1980s, the prolific Ørsted Pedersen played on some 400 albums and was one of the people responsible for bringing the double bass from the background to an equal, even leading part of the group. He is known most for his association with pianist Oscar Petersen. Let’s bring him to the stage now.
